We are looking for a bilingual Medical Receptionist to support daily front office operations in a busy healthcare setting. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks organized. The right candidate will combine accuracy, strong customer service skills, and a detail-oriented approach to help the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients upon arrival, complete the check-in process, and maintain a courteous and detail-oriented front desk presence.
• Answer incoming calls, relay messages, and assist with appointment-related communication such as confirmations and reminders.
• Coordinate patient visits by arranging and updating appointments within the office scheduling platform.
• Receive cash payments, issue appropriate records, and ensure transaction details are entered accurately.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized patient and office documentation.
• Respond to routine questions about services, insurance matters, and basic Medicaid-related information with clarity and care.
• Support smooth daily operations by prioritizing multiple front office tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish or another second language are required.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role, preferably within a medical office.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage patient check-in activities, and handle general reception responsibilities.
• Experience processing payments and maintaining accurate cash-handling records.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and exposure to insurance or Medicaid processes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills with close attention to detail.
• Dependable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to manage several priorities effectively.
