Animal Care Needed

17y chiweenie. Has separation anxiety. He has a lil bit of arthritis in his back legs. He is starting to go a lil deaf and has the start of some cataracts in his left eye. With him being older, I keep him in a diaper while in the house incase of an accident. He is potty trained, just a lil Ole man now. He is on gabapentin to help with the anxiety/arthritis. He takes that in his morning and evening feedings.
