Requirements:

\t
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
\t
• Active California RN License (must be in hand within 2 weeks)
\t
• Must be comfortable in an outpatient clinic setting (not inpatient bedside)
\t
• Experience with patient triage, MyChart messaging, prior authorizations, medication refills, and care coordination
\t
• Experience with Epic charting highly preferred

Preferred:

\t
• Previous Neurology or Infusion experience
\t
• Familiarity with MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) screening
\t
• Strong outpatient case management and patient education skills
