Travel RN – Telemetry / Acute Care
Shift Details- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Required
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join a patient-focused acute care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient telemetry nursing and be committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- EPIC EMR Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Inpatient Telemetry RN experience
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in EPIC.
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and service excellence.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for team members when needed.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Support evidence-based practice and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Strong telemetry monitoring and acute care experience
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
