\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatric therapy and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will work within an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on providing therapy to infants, children, and adolescents with various developmental disabilities and conditions.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. \n
- Provide therapy interventions focusing on daily living skills, sensory processing, and rehabilitation exercises. \n
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience. \n
- Active NJ or Compact OT License required at time of submission. \n
- Current BLS and NBCOT certifications are necessary. \n
