Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident goals
• Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, and families
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely documentation
