Position Summary
We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Driver for a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our team—not a temporary role. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Help to manage the warehouse, load walk-in customers, manage incoming shipments, and keep track of inventory
Driving Responsibilities:
· Safely operate company trucks pulling trailers
· Load, secure, and offload materials/equipment as required
· Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
· Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
· Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures at all times
· Interact professionally with customers and jobsite personnel
· Assist with other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements
Required Qualifications
· Class A CDL (required) OR willingness to obtain through company-paid CDL training
· Required: experience pulling trailers (comfortable maneuvering, backing, turning, and securing loads)
· Must be able to maintain a current DOT Medical Card
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
· Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
· Ability to perform physical duties (loading/unloading and securing loads)

Benefits
Pay, Bonus & Benefits
· $21-$23/hour (starting, based on experience)
· Bonus opportunity up to 15% of base annual wages, plus quarterly bonus opportunities

· Company-paid CDL school: If you do not currently have a Class A CDL, we will pay to send you to CDL school to obtain it (must meet eligibility requirements)
