Chef at CHILE POD

Chile Pod in Farmington, NM is looking for one chef to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 121 W Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff
• Prepare dishes to customer preferences
• Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team
• Train and develop cooks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team
• Relevant food safety and handling certificate
• Experience as a chef is a plus
