Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Inspect and service ducting, components, and company materials to keep everything in top condition.
• Wire and start up complete residential systems, including testing and recording results to verify proper operation.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs to restore full system performance.
• Perform thorough inspections and clearly communicate any additional concerns to dispatch and customers.
• Explain all services and repairs to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
• Order necessary parts in advance and arrive fully prepared for each appointment.
• Complete all paperwork and tablet documentation accurately and on time.
• Debrief dispatch and customers after each call with detailed notes and documentation.
• Leave job sites clean and organized after completion.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and team members.
• Wear protective floor savers on footwear while working in client homes.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Strong soldering and brazing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills, including use of laptops/tablets, internet navigation, and email (Microsoft Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice and occasional weekend hours as needed.
