Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident needs
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
