Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out therapy plans established by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance work
• Monitor resident response during sessions
• Communicate progress updates to the PT
• Complete accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
