Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy services in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision
• Assist residents with self-care, mobility, and therapeutic activities
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and therapy strategies
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT
• Complete accurate treatment documentation

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
