Post Rehab is hiring a PTA to support physical therapy services in our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity offers hands-on work with residents focused on improving strength, balance, and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out therapy plans developed by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, exercises, transfers, and balance activities
• Monitor treatment response and report updates to the PT
• Support therapy goals and safe resident participation
• Complete accurate treatment documentation
