Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role focuses on helping residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily routines.

Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
• Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques
• Recommend equipment and strategies to improve safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and families
• Maintain timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active OT license required
