HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team in Awendaw, SC 29429. • Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid HVAC certification and driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
