SUPERINTENDENT - DEMOLITION / EXCAVATION $125,000 BASE + BONUS

We are looking for a true field leader who can safely execute work, hold crews accountable, drive production, protect equipment, and run disciplined jobsites.

HTM Contractors is growing its demolition, excavation, and infrastructure operations and is looking for a Superintendent who takes pride in field leadership, organization, accountability, safety, and production.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to help build a high-performing operation with strong systems, strong leadership, and long-term growth opportunity.

COMPENSATION
• $125,000/year
• Quarterly performance bonuses up to $24,000 annually

THE WORK
• Demolition operations
• Excavation and grading
• Site utilities and infrastructure work
• Crew leadership and production management
• Equipment coordination and utilization
• Safety enforcement and toolbox talks
• Schedule execution and 2-week look-aheads
• Daily report verification and field communication
• Quality control and utility damage prevention
• Coordination with GC, subcontractors and vendors

• Projects completed safely and efficiently

• Minimal downtime and delays
• Organized and inspection-ready jobsites
• Strong field communication
• Production meeting or exceeding targets
• Zero preventable rework and utility strikes

• Strong demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to hold crews accountable
• Strong understanding of field production and sequencing
• Experience coordinating equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
• Strong safety mindset
• Organized, disciplined, and solution-driven
• Able to communicate professionally with PMs, CM, crews, inspectors, and vendors
