Position: UK-Based Legal Experts: US Finance
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130–$170/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create and review realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, and leveraged buyouts.
• Simulate fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring to enhance AI model training.
• Contribute to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
• Collaborate with Partner-led teams across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Strong PE or cross-border M&A experience from US firms with UK presence.
• Understanding of international finance deals and operations.

Preferred

• US bar qualification.
