Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with precision for seamless surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and teams during operations to ensure patient safety and success
• Monitor patient recovery post-procedure, providing vital care and support
• Educate patients and families on procedure outcomes to build confidence and trust
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier surgical care

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CST experience in the OR
• NCCT certification (required - please submit documentation)
• Commitment to patient-centered care in fast-paced surgical environments

Education

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NCCT

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Strong knowledge of OR protocols and patient safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
• Attention to detail for flawless procedure preparation
