Requirements:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
• Previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in a Director of Nursing role.
• BLS certification.
• **Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. **Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective guidance, creating a collaborative and positive work atmosphere for nursing personnel.
• Manage and coordinate patient care, upholding established protocols.
• Recruit, train, and oversee nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure quality assurance by maintaining regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety.
• Efficiently manage the nursing department budget.
• Champion patients' needs, addressing concerns to promote patient-centered care.
