Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for companion care for my wife in her 70s. She has memory loss , sadness and sometimes lacks motivation. We live together, but I am often out. Need help with preparing meals, occasional shopping, light housekeeping, medication reminders. Need to encourage her to walk outside, call friends, make art. Needs help going over email, texts and phone messages. Needs encouragement to phone friends. Looking for a kind person who can be patient with my very lovable wife.
