Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a summer nanny Monday- Thursday from 12:30 to 4:30. I also need a school year after school nanny Monday -Thursday at times TBD based on schedules. I am flexible on negotiating times. I have 9-year-old girl twins. I'm wanting someone keep them busy and entertained in the afternoon. It would be helpful if you are comfortable watching them swim in our pool, helping them with meals and snacks, guiding them in cleaning, and other activities. They need structure and someone who is calm, fun, and caring but able to enforce rules. The girls are active, loving, smart, and curious. I also have a 15-year-old girl that is self sufficient, helpful, and responsible.
