Client Service Specialist

Part-Time: Monday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: 3 nights per week
Salary Range: $19-$21 per hour

NurseCore is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily branch operations in a fast-paced home care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate home care referrals and staffing assignments
• Schedule qualified caregivers for patient cases
• Ensure orders and documentation are current
• Support recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements
• Assist with employee counseling and service issue resolution
• Support office operations as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
• Home healthcare experience preferred
• Experience using technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
