Direct Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need. • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a direct care or caregiving role is an asset, but NOTrequired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Flexible availability to meet client scheduling needs.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice per month.
