Wheeler is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Field Hand / Pumper to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with hands-on experience running wells, monitoring production, and maintaining lease operations.

Job Duties

• Daily operation and monitoring of oil and gas wells
• Check tank levels, pressures, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot field issues and perform basic maintenance
• Maintain accurate production and lease records
• Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and field personnel as needed

Qualifications

• Experience as a field hand, lease operator, or pumper preferred
• Knowledge of oilfield production equipment and well operations
• Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid drivers license required
• Must be local to the area
• Subject to random drug testing

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Overtime available
• On-site field work
