RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Service existing policyholders' renewals and policy transactions.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Problem solving ability: apply and balance conceptual and analytical thinking by breaking down complex problems, evaluating alternative sources of action and their likely outcomes, and selecting the best alternative
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or willingness to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or willingness to obtain
- Customer Service Experience in insurance sales/service preferred or account management preferred.
- State Farm experience preferred
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
