If you enjoy translating schematics into test setups, isolating faults, and validating performance against specifications, this role is for you. As our Quality Assurance Test Technologist, you’ll ensure products and systems consistently meet functional and reliability targets through disciplined testing, meticulous documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role focus
  • Execute formal tests and inspections per defined procedures and standards.
  • Configure, calibrate, and verify test equipment to ensure trustworthy measurements.
  • Capture, organize, and report test data, observations, and conclusions promptly.
  • Detect, document, and escalate nonconformances, defects, and variances from specs.
  • Debug technical issues and suggest practical corrective actions.
  • Partner with engineers to analyze outcomes and optimize setups or parameters.
  • Care for test assets—tools, fixtures, and stations—to keep them current and reliable.
  • Champion lab safety and maintain a clean, structured work environment.
  • Refine and improve test methods and processes over time.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control practices and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant technical certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Test Technician or similar testing capacity.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, procedures, and quality practices.
  • Hands-on with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related instrumentation.
  • Ability to read/interpret schematics, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency with software tools for data logging, analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and procedural discipline.
  • Problem-solving mindset and effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Clear communicator and dependable team collaborator.
  • Understanding of core quality control principles.
  • Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

  • Electrical/electronic test instruments: multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers
  • Computer-based data acquisition, logging, and analysis software
  • Custom fixtures, test harnesses, and benches
