Where you'll spend your time
  • Blast Booth: Suit up with a supply hose; handle heavy parts in high heat.
  • Anodize Line: Get parts ready to rack; place parts into anodize tanks; rack precisely.
  • Wash/Etch Area: Prepare parts for inspection and anodize; install plugs as required.
  • Masking Bench: Tape aircraft parts before paint with exact measurements. Blueprint reading preferred; training provided.
  • Demasking: Remove tape from parts after paint.
  • Paint Mix Room (Facilitation): Prepare paint for painters; wear a full body suit in a very hot environment.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Perform heavy lifting, frequent bending, and stooping.
  • Paint Prep Cells: Sand, rack, and inspect metal or composite parts; verify quality benchmarks to ensure a smooth, defect-free finish.
  • Maintenance Shop: Support welding, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and water/waste pump tasks as needed.
What you bring
  • Physically fit and ready for heavy lifting
  • Comfort working in hot areas with full protective suits
  • Detail-driven with strong measurement accuracy
