Job Title: Medical Technologist (Travel)
Location: Morrisville, VT
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Days/Evenings | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Technologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Morrisville, VT.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Analyze and verify laboratory results accurately and timely
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Perform quality control procedures and maintain laboratory standards
• Process and handle specimens according to laboratory protocols
• Document results accurately within laboratory information systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Vermont Medical Technologist License required upon acceptance
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methodologies
• Ability to operate laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR preferred
