Job Overview


The Order Puller / Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in our daily operations, responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Primary Schedule: 12 PM - 8:30 PM (Friday 11 AM - 7:30 PM) ; No Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order sheets or handheld scanners.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly stacking and storing inventory.
• Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, restocking, and tracking inventory levels.
• Loading & Unloading: Help receive and unload deliveries and load trucks for outbound shipments.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety procedures, use proper lifting techniques, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse managers and team members to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, or order pulling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Understanding of warehouse procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available for the right candidate).
