Location: Hybrid — Boston, MA

Compensation: Up to $115,000 base + performance bonus

Requirements: 3–5+ years public accounting audit experience | CPA required or actively pursuing

We are a well-established, independently owned accounting and advisory firm headquartered in the Northeast — one of the largest and most recognized practices in our region, with a national reputation built entirely through organic growth and a people-first culture that has been in place since the beginning.

We are hiring an Audit Senior to join a growing assurance practice across our Boston office. This is a growth hire — the firm is expanding, the work is there, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• CPA required or actively pursuing
• Solid foundation across audit engagements — planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
• Experience across a variety of industries and entity types
• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating findings clearly
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and collaborative by nature
• Regional or mid-size firm background preferred
