About the Role:
Join Haven Home Care Services LLC as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Pennington where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid HHA certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Background check and references required.
