Warehouse Dock Forklift Specialist

If you’re the kind of operator who thrives in a fast-moving dock environment, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Warehouse Dock Forklift Specialist to keep freight moving—on and off trailers, through receiving, and out via shipping—while maintaining accuracy and safety at every turn.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to sort, load, and unload trailers
• Assist with receiving and shipping processes
• Stack, secure, and label pallets and materials
• Train on other warehouse machines and tasks as needed

Physical and Pace Expectations

Expect frequent on/off forklift activity and sustained physical movement throughout the shift. You’ll regularly lift 40–50 lbs and work at a steady, productive pace.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of warehouse experience (required)
• 2 years of forklift experience (required)
• Forklift Certification
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as needed

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks

• Job Type: Full-time (in person)
• Schedule: Swing shift / 12-hour shift
• Pay: From $16.00 per hour
