Offset/Lithographic Press Operator

If you have a background in flexographic or digital press backgrounds that is also helpful.

We have first and second shifts available - wages are $25/hour - $35/hour depending upon experience.

• Set up and operate lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor press operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print results.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as a lithographic press operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
