About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and organized to meet company standards.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning and waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Adapt to various cleaning tasks and schedules as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
