Line cook/ prep

The Line Cook/Prep is responsible for preparing and cooking food items across various kitchen stations including fryers, ovens, flat tops, and broilers. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and collaboration within a small team to ensure high-quality meals are delivered efficiently. The position operates Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 AM to 8 PM, with pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food using fryers, ovens, flat tops, and broilers
• Perform light food preparation and ingredient assembly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Set up and stock stations for efficient kitchen operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience
