Controller

Harrison Contracting Company is looking for a hands-on Controller to lead our accounting function and help provide clear, accurate financial information to support better business decisions. This role is responsible for monthly financials, cash flow visibility, internal controls, budgeting, job cost reporting, and leadership of the accounting team.

This is not a sit-back-and-delegate role. We need someone who can lead the team, improve processes, dig into the details, and communicate financial information in a practical way that operations and leadership can actually use.
