Client Relations Associate

Palm City is experiencing rapid growth as we expand partnerships with major clients and increase our market reach. We’re seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Customer Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our clients and their customers by building relationships, representing well-known brands, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

This position blends customer service, sales, and business development. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with established client accounts while contributing directly to brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities of a Client Relations Associate:

• Represent and promote products and services on behalf of major client accounts

• Engage directly with customers to generate new sales opportunities and drive revenue

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with client goals

• Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Contribute to client growth by expanding customer base and increasing brand awareness

• Track daily interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback

• Deliver a high level of professionalism while representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required)

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
