REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced community health center environment
• Manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients per day
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient charting and documentation
• Collaborate with onsite pediatricians, mental health therapists, and dietitians
• Provide care to vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC or BE
• Licenses: Active WA license required
• DEA: Active WA DEA required
• Experience: Must be experienced with EPIC; experience in community health settings preferred
• Other Qualifications: Must have clean background; must be COVID and flu vaccinated

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Providers interested in multiple locations should only be submitted to their top preference.
• OT is only approved by the HCA/CMO if providers exceed working the daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
• Providers must be aware of and comfortable with the patient quota rule before committing to an interview.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric care in an outpatient community health setting.
• Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
• Work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary support staff including MAs and mental health professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
