We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Santa Rosa, CA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain daily living skills in a home health setting. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client-specific requirement).
  • Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel or per diem home health experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity/point systems preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Territory: North Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, Cloverdale; flexible to assist outside territory as needed (floating may be required).
  • EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
  • Productivity expectation: 6 points.
