We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain functional skills for daily living, participate in care planning, and document patient progress. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred.
- Facility requires ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel COTA experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and transitional care preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
