Shipping and Receiving temporary

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving professional to join their team temporarily. As a Shipping and Receiving specialist, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving temporary

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: First  M-F 6a-230p

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, raw goods, and finished products.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are operational.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment as assigned.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Basic physical ability to perform loading/unloading tasks.
• Open to learning and performing general maintenance functions as needed.
