Pay: $14 -15 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable General Labor / Forklift Operator to join our recycling facility on a direct‑hire basis. This is a hands‑on role supporting daily plant operations, including sorting recyclable materials, maintaining cleanliness, and operating forklift or loader equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sort and separate recyclable materials
- Operate forklift or loader equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with general plant and recycling operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Support production needs as required
Work Environment
- Recycling and industrial setting
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Exposure to dust, debris, and unclean recyclable materials
- Physical labor required
Qualifications
- Forklift or loader operating experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or recycling experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
