Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Appalachian Regional Healthcare.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: IR experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials: Avade preferred.

Special Requests: Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit. Housing within 30 minutes of the facility is required for STEMI call. Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of an offer. Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient ratio 1:1.

Shift & Scheduling: Must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12). Monday-Friday. On-call 1-2 times during the week and 1-2 weekends per month. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float required within scope of practice.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
