What you’ll do:
- Provide nursing oversight across residential homes
- Coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns
- Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams
- Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care
- Participate in quality improvement and audit activities
What we’re looking for:
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Passion for person-centered care and collaboration
