Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Full - Time Opportunity - Week Nights

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time RN Night Supervisor!

MUST be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: MONDAY -FRIDAY (8 AM - 5 PM) & Week 2: MONDAY (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more. It is important these issues get treated so individuals are able to lead a healthy and happy life.

Job Description: Supervisor plans, provides, evaluates direct and indirect care to the patients of the hospital on his/her assigned shift. Assistsin development and directs patientprogramandscheduleto ensure that all elements are satisfied. Supervises patient teaching, ensures that the individual treatment plans are followed, and that documentation is complete. Assists the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Managers in the policy planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff. Contributes to the support of philosophy andobjectives, educational efforts, and Quality Management efforts.
