Licenses and Credentials
Medication Administration Program Certified [MAP - Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Public Health required Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred
Experience
One-year patient care or related experience preferred, preferably in a psychiatric setting 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Time Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Maintains a commitment to professional growth and competency.
- All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems (PRISM) for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.
- Familiarity with Epic preferred.
- Ability to drive, including transporting patients, may be required based on role and location.
The position is for Klarman Eating Disorders Center (KEDC) which focuses on the treatment of eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID) in a multi-month residential and partial program. Training integrates an evidence-based approach in the treatment of these individuals.
