What You Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Licenses & Certifications
- CST (NBSTSA)
- BLS preferred
- Other related certifications may be considered
Experience
- 0-1 year as a Surgical Technologist required
- 1-2 years in a similar surgical setting preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique
- Familiarity with OR equipment and technology
- Strong attention to detail in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Understanding of infection control and patient safety practices
Work Environment
This is a fastpaced, teamoriented surgical environment where collaboration and precision are essential to patient care.

- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, and handling
- Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Rare climbing or crawling
- Requires strong visual acuity, communication, and hearing
