Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires CT experience and the ability to support radiology services in a hospital serving the western Upper Michigan Peninsula. The facility provides a 64-slice CT scanner, nuclear imaging, 3D mammography, the area’s only open-bore MRI, and supports trauma, cardiopulmonary, and surgical services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT certification and state licensure if required by law.
- BLS certification.
- Must have CT experience.
- Experience working in hospital radiology preferred, including exposure to trauma and emergency department imaging.
- Ability to operate or support 64-slice CT scanners, nuclear imaging equipment, and 3D mammography is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a Level 3 Trauma environment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a small, community hospital setting is preferred.
- Prior experience with open-bore MRI procedures is preferred.
- Cross-training in multiple modalities is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0700-1900.
- Facility serves a rural region of the western Upper Michigan Peninsula; candidate may be expected to adapt to a smaller hospital environment.
