About this job
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Winnebago, NE as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images. You will receive patients, explain procedures, position patients, set technical exposure factors, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the radiology team to meet patient care needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience in a clinical setting.
- Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent education.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography or CT.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience performing a variety of radiographic and CT examinations, including contrast administration and patient monitoring.
- Experience working in a hospital imaging department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with advanced CT protocols and cross-sectional imaging.
- Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS.
Assignment Details
- Overnights, 12-hour shifts.
- 7 on / 7 off rotation.
- May be required to float to other facilities within the client’s system as needed.
