Our client, a leader in biotechnology research and production, is seeking a Research Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate scientific skill, physical capability, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment, contributing to high-quality culture media preparation for innovative research and production processes.

Job Title: Research Associate

Pay Range:

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

• Prepare plant tissue culture media following established protocols
• Adjust formulations and troubleshoot with scientific teams
• Track and prioritize media requests using lab systems
• Maintain and clean lab equipment regularly
• Manage chemical inventory and ensure safety compliance

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, agronomy, chemistry, or related field
• Strong foundation in chemistry, math, and biology
• Experience with aseptic techniques and standard lab practices
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
